Is there a free trial?
We offer a guided demo with a live underwriting run on a sample rent roll of your choice. Contact us to schedule a session. We do not currently offer a self-serve free trial, but the demo gives you a complete picture of the workflow and output quality before any commitment.
What asset classes does Tenantvein support?
The platform is built for commercial real estate: office, industrial, multifamily, retail, and mixed-use properties. Rent roll normalization and comps retrieval are optimized for these asset classes across 50+ major US metros.
How does the annual billing discount work?
Annual plans are priced at the equivalent of 9.58 months of monthly billing — a 20% reduction compared to paying month-to-month. The full annual amount is billed upfront at the start of the subscription year.
Can I integrate Tenantvein with my existing systems?
The Deal Team plan includes API access and native integrations with Yardi Voyager, CoStar API, AppFolio, Salesforce, and Microsoft Excel. Snowflake connector and custom integrations are available on the Enterprise plan.
What does the Enterprise plan include beyond Deal Team?
Enterprise adds custom data model configuration (adapt the underwriting logic to your firm's methodology), SSO and SAML for institutional IT requirements, dedicated infrastructure with SLA guarantees, on-site onboarding, quarterly business reviews, and a custom reporting and BI connector for firms with established analytics stacks.
Questions?
Most teams start on Analyst and move to Deal Team once they see the time savings compound across the pipeline. Talk to us and we will match you to the right tier — and run a live demo on a rent roll from your own deals so you can judge the output quality before signing anything.
